Lincon Mondal is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Iconic Ecotourism and a dedicated ecotour guide and tour operator specializing in the Sundarbans. With over five years of experience in the tourism sector, he has successfully designed and led more than 50 exclusive, tailor-made ecotours focused on responsible and sustainable tourism in Bangladesh.

He holds an M.A. in English and has been actively involved in supporting documentary filmmaking, research, and survey projects in the Sundarbans. An amateur wildlife and landscape photographer, Lincon is deeply committed to promoting authentic ecotourism that conserves biodiversity, supports local communities, and delivers meaningful travel experiences across the Sundarbans and beyond.

Parves Rahman is the Chief Operating Officer of Iconic Ecotourism, bringing several years of practical experience in the tourism sector. He holds a B.A. in English and shares a strong passion for the Sundarbans and nature-based tourism.

He oversees tour operations, logistics, and service coordination, ensuring smooth execution and high standards across all ecotourism activities. His dedication to sustainable tourism and operational excellence plays a key role in delivering safe, well-organized, and memorable Sundarbans travel experiences.
