Option 1 – Karamjal Only:
A shorter excursion focused on Karamjal Eco-Tourism Centre. This option is suitable for visitors looking for a quick and economical Sundarbans experience. Tea/coffee and light, crispy snacks are served onboard; full meal service is not included.
Option 2 – Karamjal & Harbaria:
A fuller day inside the Sundarbans, combining Karamjal and Harbaria with breakfast, morning snacks, lunch and afternoon snacks, along with tea/coffee as appropriate.
The order of visiting Karamjal and Harbaria is not fixed. The final sequence may be changed according to tidal conditions, river current, weather, navigation, Forest Department permission and operational safety.

The tour starts and ends at Mongla Ferry Ghat, Mongla.Guests are requested to arrive at the designated meeting point early in the morning according to the confirmed departure time. From Mongla Ferry Ghat, the journey continues by tourist boat towards the permitted Sundarbans destinations.
Guests travelling from Khulna, Dhaka or other parts of Bangladesh should arrange their own transportation to Mongla unless a separate transfer service has been requested and confirmed in advance.
Exact reporting and departure time will be confirmed before the tour based on the approved itinerary, tide and operational conditions.

Suggested One-Day Itinerary
Early Morning – Report at Mongla Ferry Ghat: Guests meet our team at Mongla Ferry Ghat at the confirmed reporting time. After a short briefing and necessary preparations, the tourist boat departs towards the Sundarbans.
Morning – Enter the Sundarbans: Enjoy the scenic river journey as the boat travels towards the approved eco-tourism destinations. The first visiting point will be selected according to the tide, river conditions, weather, navigation and Forest Department instructions.
First Forest Visit – Harbaria or Karamjal: Depending on the day's conditions, the tour may begin at Harbaria or Karamjal. Guests can explore the designated eco-tourism area, observe mangrove vegetation and look for birds and other wildlife.
Midday – Continued Exploration: For the Karamjal & Harbaria option, the boat continues towards the second approved destination. Breakfast, snacks and lunch are served according to the selected package and operational schedule.
Afternoon – Final Forest Visit & Return: Complete the remaining sightseeing activities and begin the return cruise towards Mongla. The tour concludes at Mongla Ferry Ghat in the afternoon.

● Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed and depend entirely on natural conditions.
● Guests must follow the instructions of the guide, crew and Forest Department personnel at all times.
● Visitors must remain within designated tourist areas and avoid disturbing wildlife, vegetation and the natural environment.
● Smoking, littering and activities that may disturb wildlife are not permitted inside the protected forest.
● Mobile network connectivity may be limited in parts of the Sundarbans.
● Tour timing may change because of tidal movement, weather, navigation or official instructions.

Tour Cancellation or Modification by Iconic Ecotourism
If the tour must be cancelled, postponed or substantially modified due to severe weather, unsafe river conditions, Forest Department restrictions, government instructions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Iconic Ecotourism will offer an alternative date or applicable refund according to the circumstances.
Any refund will be processed after deduction of non-refundable charges already paid to third parties, where applicable.
Important
The final itinerary and visiting sequence may change due to tides, weather, navigation, Forest Department permission and safety requirements. Such operational changes do not automatically constitute a cancellation of the tour.
